Everything happens through our online gift voucher store, and it takes a few minutes. A few details are worth knowing before you buy.
- Choose how it arrives: Email it straight to them, email it to yourself to print and wrap, or have it posted. You can add a personal message either way.
- Use their full name: Vouchers are made out to the recipient and can only be redeemed by them, so double-check the spelling.
- Three years to use it: Regular vouchers are valid for three years from the date of issue. Special-of-the-month package vouchers need to be used within three months, though the amount paid stays valid for three years.
- Book ahead: Recipients should book at least two weeks ahead where possible, and vouchers can’t be used on public holidays. That’s worth knowing over Christmas and New Year.
