When Should I Arrive ?

Please arrive 15mins prior to treatment time unless otherwise advised at the time of your booking.

Shower Prior to a Treatment ?

We ask all clientele to shower before a treatment for maximum comfort and relaxation. For many of our treatments, shaving beforehand is beneficial. Your spa therapist will advise on whether shaving is appropriate before or after your treatment.    For the ultimate in relaxation, you can opt for a steam room or hot sauna session to prepare for your treatment.

What Do I Wear or Bring for a Treatment ?

Please wear comfortable and loose clothing for all body treatments. Depending on your selected treatment, you may be provided with clothing designed to facilitate and enhance your experience. Your therapist will advise if particular clothing is recommended for facial treatments.

Can I Enjoy Treatments While Pregnant ?

Massage therapy and spa experiences can be extremely beneficial for pregnant women. While not all treatments are appropriate, we do have a number of specially designed treatments and experiences to relax, soothe and support pregnant clientele.

Can You Help Me Choose a Treatment ?

Our experienced spa therapists are more than happy to recommend a treatment or package tailored to your specific concerns. From total body relaxation to transforming the appearance of skin, we’ll guide you through our full spa menu to select the perfect treatment.

How Can I Pay ?

Payment can be made by cash, credit card or EFTPOS at the spa. For alternative payment methods, please contact us.

Please note that a 15% surcharge applies on public holidays.

Can I Use Other Facilities ?

Located within the Hilton, we’ve partnered with LivingWell Health Club. You’re able to enjoy a range of state-of-the-art facilities to compliment your treatment. Indulge in steam rooms, saunas, hot spas and heated pools for total relaxation.

Are Gift Vouchers Transferable ?

In the interest of privacy and protection, gift vouchers are not transferable or redeemable by any person other than the original recipient. Find out more about our gift vouchers and treat someone special to a day of indulgence at Alysium Day Spa.

What Are Your Reservation and Cancellation Policies ?

Reservations can be made for treatments in advance and walk-ins are welcome. We endeavour to accommodate your time and date requests but sometimes require flexibility to book you in for your desired treatment.

If you arrive late we may need to reduce your treatment time accordingly to avoid disrupting other clientele.

If you need to cancel a booking made in advance, please contact us 24 hours prior to your treatment time. For same-day booking cancellations, please allow three hours notice. For group booking cancellations, we require five days notice.

Is Parking Available ?

For a seamless and hassle-free spa experience, we offer parking at discounted rates. Please enquire when making a reservation to learn more about our parking offers.

How Do I Make a Booking ?

Bookings can be made online, in person, through email or by calling 02 9273 8808.

If you are having Facials please consider to use the pool, spa, etc before your treatment. It would be a pity to wash away the products with pool chlorine.

If you are a male having a Facial. It is recommended that you shave at least two hours prior to your appointment.

Please inform us at the time of booking, if you are pregnant or have any special requirements so we may prepare to make you as comfortable as possible.

You will be provided with a consultation form to fill out prior to you treatment, this form helps us determine the best possible treatment for your individual needs.

Parking is available at a discounted price. Please inquire when making your booking.

 

Running Late

Running Late ? Let us know !

If you are unable to make it to your treatment on time, we understand and will do our best to accommodate your original booking time, however in respect of previously allocated bookings we may have to reduce your treatment time accordingly.

Cancellation policies are applicable for all bookings. These are 24-hours notice for all individual and couples bookings. For same day reservations, a 3-hours notice is applicable. For Group bookings, five day’s notice is required. This enables us to continue providing the level of service you will come to expect.

We assume you have come to relax as have your fellow spa goers, as such we request that all mobile phones are switched off while in the spa.
