Bookings are not confirmed until ALL required details are exchanged prior to the booking requested.

You will be provided with a consultation for prior to you treatment, this form helps us to determine the best possible treatment for you individual needs. Please fill this form honestly
and accurately.

Cancellations

Reservations can be made for treatments in advance and walk-ins are welcome.

We endeavor to accommodate your time and date requests but sometimes require flexibility to book you in for your desired treatment.

If you arrive late we may need to reduce your treatment time accordingly to avoid disrupting other clientele.

If you need to cancel a booking made in advance, please contact us 48 hours prior to your treatment time.

For same-day booking cancellations, please allow 3 hours notice.

For group booking cancellations, we require 5 days notice.

gift vouchers

In the interest of privacy and protection, gift vouchers are not transferable or redeemable by any person other than the original recipient. Find out more about our gift vouchers and treat someone special to a day of indulgence at Alysium Day Spa.

payments

Payment can be made by cash, credit card or EFTPOS at the spa. For alternative payment methods, please contact us.

Please note:

• A 1.5% surcharge applies for credit card transactions.
  
• A 15% surcharge applies on Public Holidays.
